Account deletion
AMC ClinicalPro account deletion is available directly inside the app for signed-in users.
What happens
- You must be signed in so the app can verify ownership.
- The in-app confirmation explains that deletion is permanent.
- The app signs you out after deletion.
What deletion covers
We will delete or de-identify account data and associated app data where required and technically possible.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal, dispute, backup or compliance reasons.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Manage subscriptions through your store account settings if needed.
