Account deletion

ClinicalPro OSCE account deletion is available directly inside the app for signed-in users.

What happens

  • You must be signed in so the app can verify ownership.
  • The in-app confirmation explains that deletion is permanent.
  • The app signs you out after deletion.

What deletion covers

Deletion covers your profile and associated personal practice data, including session history, transcripts, notes, results and leaderboard information. If further steps are needed, we will explain them and the expected timing.

What may be retained

Limited transaction, subscription-ownership, support, diagnostic or backup records can remain for an identified lawful purpose, such as reconciling purchases, preventing fraud or resolving a complaint. Retained data must be limited to that purpose and deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Account deletion does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel future renewals through the same store account used to subscribe: Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Store payment records are handled separately under the store's rules. Read the billing and refund information.
